The Pan 6 is a fixed-panel system with stationary panels that provide strong, permanent overhead coverage. Its tongue-and-groove panel design and built-in gutter system offer reliable protection, while frame sizes of 2×8 or 2×10 allow for larger installations and seamless integration, especially for projects combining fixed and motorized zones.
The Pivot 6 is our most popular residential model, featuring motorized louvers that pivot up to 170 degrees for precise sun and shade control. It includes a 2×8 frame, 4-, 6-, or 8-inch post options, and an integrated 360‑degree gutter system for efficient water drainage. All standard and custom colors, as well as woodgrain finishes, are available.
Pivot 6 Slide offers the core louver pivoting of Pivot 6 and adds a full louver retraction feature for a totally open roof. Built on a 2×10 frame with slide rails and a 5.5-inch gutter, it provides flexible shade or sun at the push of a button, like a sunroof.
The Pivot 6 XL is engineered for expansive spaces and commercial applications. Its larger 2×10 frame and expanded post options support wide spans, while the robust 7.5-inch gutter system can handle three times the water flow of the standard model for all-weather performance.

Each patio cover features PPG 2604 powder coating, a commercial‑grade protective barrier available in all color options. It resists marring, weathering, corrosion, and abrasion. The matte finish holds its appearance over time without peeling or fading.
The louver design is protected by a patent. When closed, the system is 100% water‑resistant. The interlocking design prevents water from passing through even during light rain.
All main parts are made from fully extruded aluminum, not roll-formed. This type of aluminum is stronger and acts more like steel in structural uses. That extra strength means the frame can span longer distances without bending.
The aluminum won’t rust, and the PPG powder coating adds extra protection. This helps the system stand up to salt air, moisture, and changing temperatures.
